I went to see Foreigner in Little Rock at the Riverfront Amphitheater. It starting raining and Lou Gramm said this is rock and roll rain or shine, and Lou doesn't sing the same way but he will always be a legend.

My review was in Little Rock, Arkansas, Foreigner opened for Journey with "Long, Long Way From Home", I was shocked when I saw Lou Gramm was still playing for them, I just would like to say my heart goes to Foreigner, wherever you go or however you sound in the future you are my favorite.

On July 23 I went to see the Foreigner / Journey concert at Freeman Coliseum in San Antonio. I have been a Foreigner fan since the "Long Long Way From Home" era. I have to be honest and say it was a dissapointment. Although I was in awe of actually watching them perform live, I was really expecting Lou to be able to hit some high notes. After the opening song, my friend and I kind of looked at each other with questioning looks. After the 3rd or 4th song we had resigned ourself to the fact Lou just wasn't going to even try a high note. It really made us wonder if there is a time when a legend should retire a legend. The music was great, the vocals were muddies, which I suspect was an attempt to assist Lou. I would probably not see them again, unless I heard Lou was back in form. Even now when I hear "Hot Blooded" on the radio, I feel a little sadness that it may be over for good.
